FiberGoal is a read-only reference tool. We do not require accounts or logins. We do not collect names, emails, or personal information unless you voluntarily submit them (e.g., newsletter signup).

Nutritional data is sourced from USDA FoodData Central, a public domain dataset. No proprietary or personal health data is stored.
